What happens when a church gets a CMO.
These aren't projections. These are results from churches we've worked with directly.
50% follower growth and a record Coffee Breaks.
XP Gathering exists to serve the leaders behind the leaders — Executive Pastors and Second Chair leaders across the country. When we stepped in to run their Instagram content strategy, their following was sitting at 500. Through consistent, audience-specific content built for ministry leaders, we grew it to 750 in 6 months — a 50% increase. Their monthly online event, Coffee Breaks, has seen attendance grow 20–40% since we took over content. And we're just getting started — a podcast is in development to expand their reach even further.
Testimonial in progress — we'll update this soon.
From zero to 2,000 followers — and 75 salvations.
Love Church San Diego didn't exist yet when we started. No building, no congregation, no following — just a vision and a pastor ready to plant. We built the launch team strategy from the ground up, created Instagram content that reflected the church's culture before it even had a physical home, and grew the following from 0 to over 2,000 in 6–8 months. That online presence didn't just build a following — it built a church. Most of the 75 salvations in that first season found Love Church because of what they saw on social media.
I didn't have a building, a congregation, or a location when I started posting. Within six months we had a launch team, over 2,000 followers, and people walking through our doors for the first time in their lives. Social media IS ministry.
